I’ve been making art for a long time. As a young man I served in the military from 1968 to 1972. That is where I learned the power of art. I joined a group called GI’s Against the War and we put out a paper called the P.E.A.C.E. Paper. I learned how to write, draw, and much more. I like to use whatever materials are most available to me. This piece is scrap metal that I welded together.
